HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
- Window for Canceling: If your order has not been processed for shipping, you can cancel your order at no additional cost. Typically, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at gearup@currentriders.com to ensure your order can be canceled before it ships.
- Contact Us Immediately: To cancel an order, please email us at gearup@currentriders.com with the name on the order, the order number, and the reason for the cancellation to expedite the process.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: Once we receive your cancellation request and it is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, with the our return policy being applied. For detailed information on our return policy, please refer to the “Returns and Refunds” section located at the bottom of this page under “Our Policies”. REFUNDS
- If the order has not shipped: If the cancellation is processed before the order ships, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.
- If the order has shipped: If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the product for a refund.
