CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it — plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Current Riders.


IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-store purchases are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds policy. Please refer to that section for full details. Orders placed in store that are shipped directly to you follow our online order cancellation policy below.


ONLINE ORDERS

Before your order ships — Contact us as soon as possible at gearup@currentriders.com or (833) 743-2787. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. A cancellation fee of up to 3% of the order total may apply to cover non-recoverable payment processing fees.

After your order ships — We're unable to cancel orders once they've shipped. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy to start a return once your order arrives.

Once a cancellation is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
