RETURNS
Simply contact us at gearup@currentriders.com within our 30 day return window.
RETURNS - NOT DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, please contact us with your request at gearup@currentriders.com. We will initiate your return and advise you on next steps. Returns are only accepted by mail. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return and is advised to use a trackable shipping method.
While we hope every order is perfect, if the return window has passed, we will be unable to process a return. We’re committed to making your experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.
REFUNDS
After your item(s) is received, it will be inspected to confirm it is unused and in new condition. Once confirmed, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method within 5 calendar days. The timing for the refund credit to appear in your account can vary, depending on your payment method and your bank’s policies.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at gearup@currentriders.com or at (833) 743-2787 with your order number and the original shipping address. Address changes can only be made if your order has not shipped. If we are able to update the shipping address, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the new address. Please review this information promptly to ensure its accuracy.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at gearup@currentriders.com within two (2) calendar days, and we will ensure that the correct item is sent to you at no additional cost. We will also provide instructions for returning the wrong item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
ITEMS ARRIVED DEFECTIVE
At Current Riders, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re committed to making it right. If your item arrives defective, please notify us within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery at gearup@currentriders.com. Include a description of the defect and photos if applicable. Also indicate your preference for the product to be replaced or fully refunded, including the original shipping costs.
Once your request is received, you will receive a return shipping label via email which will need to be downloaded and printed. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will process your preference of a replacement or refund.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- Inspect your package upon arrival, prior to signing for it (if applicable). If you see visible damage, document it on the bill/receipt and retain a copy. For extreme cases, you may refuse the delivery.
- Then notify us within two (2) calendar days at gearup@currentriders.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will advise you on next steps.
- The customer will not be responsible for return shipping if the items were damaged in transit. A return shipping label will be provided via email which will need to be downloaded and printed.
EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not provide exchanges. To obtain a different product, please return the original item and then place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive your new item quickly and accurately.
