We want you to love what you got. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on items that are unused, unridden, and in original packaging. Once a bike has been ridden or an item has been used, it cannot be returned. When in doubt, ask us before you buy — we're happy to help you choose right the first time.
A restocking fee may apply to approved returns: up to 5% on accessories and gear, up to $150 on e-bikes.
HOW TO RETURN
In store — Bring your item and receipt within 14 days.
Online orders — Email gearup@currentriders.com first. Unapproved returns won't be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable fees.
ORDER ISSUES
Wrong item — Contact us within 2 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Defective item — E-bikes and most products we carry are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.
Damaged in transit — Inspect before signing. Document any damage, then contact us within 2 days with photos.
EVERYTHING ELSE
Exchanges — We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
Address changes — Contact us immediately at gearup@currentriders.com or (833) 743-2787. Changes are only possible before your order ships.
