All brands ship for free via FedEx or UPS, processing within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

- Order Cutoff Time: 4pm ET
- Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we've received your order and have pre-authorized your payment method.
- Changing Your Shipping Address: To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at gearup@currentriders.com or at (833) 743-2787 with your order number and the original shipping address. Address changes can only be made if your order has not shipped. If we are able to update the shipping address, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the new address. Please review this information promptly to ensure its accuracy.
- Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may cancel it at no additional cost. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of placement. To request a cancellation, please email us at gearup@currentriders.com, providing the name on the order, the order number, and the reason for the cancellation to expedite the process. Once we receive and process your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that if your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return. For more details on our return policy, please visit our “Returns and Refunds” page under “Our Policies” below.
- Tracking Your Order: We'll send tracking information to the email you provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, ensuring you can follow its journey. You can track your shipment via our 'Track Order' page located at the bottom of our website under Current Riders. Alternatively, use the tracking information on your shipping carrier's website for real-time updates.
- Items Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival, prior to signing for it (if applicable). If you see visible damage, document it on the bill/receipt and retain a copy. For extreme cases, you may refuse the delivery. Notify us right away at gearup@currentriders.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will proceed with filing a claim on your behalf and advise you on next steps.
