Q: What payment options do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon as well as PayPal and Venmo.
Q: When will I receive my order? Your order will be processed within 1 - 2 business days and delivered within 3 - 7 business days.
Q: What if I need to change my shipping address? Contact us immediately at gearup@currentriders.com or (833) 743-2787 with your order number. Address changes are only possible before your order ships. If we're able to make the update, you'll receive a confirmation email with the new address.
Q: Can I track my order? Yes! Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can track your order via the Track Order link at the bottom of our website, or directly on the carrier's website using your tracking number.
Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on items that are unused, unridden, and in original packaging. Once an eBike has been ridden or an item has been used, it cannot be returned. In store — bring your item and receipt. Online orders — contact us at gearup@currentriders.com first, as unapproved returns won't be accepted. For full details, refer to our Returns & Refunds policy below under "Our Policies."
Q: Do you charge restocking fees for returns? A restocking fee may apply to approved returns — up to 5% on accessories and gear, and up to $150 on eBikes.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus any applicable restocking and processing fees. Timing may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
