Q: How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

Q: What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods which include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon as well as PayPal and Venmo.

Q: When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 - 2 business days and delivered within 3 - 7 business days.

Q: What if I need to change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at gearup@currentriders.com or at (833) 743-2787 with your order number and the original shipping address. Address changes can only be made if your order has not shipped. If we are able to update the shipping address, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the new address. Please review this information promptly to ensure its accuracy.

Q: Can I track my order?

We'll send tracking information to the email you provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, ensuring you can follow its journey. You can track your shipment via our "Track Order" located at the bottom of this page under "Current Riders". Alternatively, use the tracking information on your shipping carrier's website for real-time updates.

Q: What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, please contact us with your request at gearup@currentriders.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return and is advised to use a trackable shipping method. For detailed information on our Returns and Refunds policy, please refer to “Returns and Refunds” below under “Our Policies”. 

Q: Do you charge restocking fees for returns?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

After your item(s) is received, it will be inspected to confirm it is unused and in new condition. Once confirmed, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.  The timing for the refund credit to appear in your account can vary, depending on your payment method and your bank’s policies.
