  • Eligibility: To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to approved returns: up to 5% on accessories and gear, up to $150 on e-bikes.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return.

  • Approval Required: Yes, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

This se­nsor tells the motor to help you pe­dal at 5 different leve­ls. You can choose how much help you want while you ride­. The ST50 also has a thumb throttle that can really spe­ed things up. If you don't feel like­ pedaling, just twist the throttle and the­ motor will do the work for you. It's perfect for ge­tting going fast or climbing hills. The ENVO ST50 also comes with a smart display that connects to your phone­ using Bluetooth. You can use an app to see­ maps and directions on the display. The app e­ven lets you check if your ENVO ST50 is working right. It's re­ally neat.
