At Current Riders, we're thrilled to be an authorized retailer where you can test-ride, rent, or purchase your own JackRabbit. Since their introduction in January 2022, JackRabbit has brought together electric bikes and scooters, creating a new category of urban transportation. What stood out to us was their innovative design, a lightweight 25 or 32-pound frame with easy to remove handlebars to fold flat. Started by former Ford Motor Company engineer Tom Piszkin, JackRabbit began as a solution to help college athletes move around campus efficiently and has grown into a popular and fun solution for electric transportation.

What makes JackRabbit special is how they're making transportation practical and fun for people who find that standard scooters or electric bikes don't quite meet their needs. Also, they're just flat-out fun to ride. The portable design addresses common challenges that often hold people back from electric transportation, like storage and theft concerns. With features like Walk Mode, FAA compliance for air travel, and an operating cost per trip, JackRabbit couldn't be a better fit for us at Current Riders. We're excited to introduce both the JackRabbit OG2 and XG models.

JACKRABBIT RETURNS

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return Window: 30 days
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fees!
• Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return.
• Process: Contact gearup@currentriders.com to request a return.
• Approval Required: Yes, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

JACKRABBIT WARRANTY

• Coverage: All JackRabbit ebikes and their individual covered components, purchased within and for use within the contiguous U.S.A., are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years after receipt of the ebike by the customer (the "Warranty Period").This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States ebike purchases and in accordance with the following terms:
• Only the original owner of an ebike is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
• The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, foot pegs, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”).
