• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return Window: 14 days
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to approved returns: up to 5% on accessories and gear, up to $150 on e-bikes.
• Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return.

• Approval Required: Yes, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

JACKRABBIT WARRANTY

• Coverage: All JackRabbit ebikes and their individual covered components, purchased within and for use within the contiguous U.S.A., are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years after receipt of the ebike by the customer (the "Warranty Period").This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States ebike purchases and in accordance with the following terms:
• Only the original owner of an ebike is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
• The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, foot pegs, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors and hardware (each a “Covered Component”).
