Attaches to standard 2" hitch receiver.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for return, your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to approved returns: up to 5% on accessories and gear, up to $150 on e-bikes.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return.
  • Process: Contact gearup@currentriders.com to request a return.
  • Approval Required: Yes, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

JUPITER BIKE WARRANTY

  • Coverage: 2-year all-inclusive warranty applies to all new E-Bikes purchased on or after May 20, 2024 for the original owner against manufacturing defects. E-Bikes and/or accessories purchased prior to May 20, 2024, come with a standard 1-year warranty.
