  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it.  In addition, the item must be in the original packaging.
  • Return Window: 14 days
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to approved returns: up to 5% on accessories and gear, up to $150 on e-bikes.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return.

MOKWHEEL WARRANTY

Mokwheel warrants the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase when the eBike is purchased through an authorized Mokwheel dealer and used under normal riding conditions.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

What's Covered:

During the two-year warranty period, Mokwheel will repair or replace components determined to be defective due to manufacturing defects, including:

  • Frame
  • Battery
  • Motor
  • Controller
  • Suspension Fork
  • Display
  • Charger
  • Crankset
  • Derailleur
  • Hydraulic Brake System
  • Handlebars
  • Wheels and Rims (manufacturing defects only)

If a covered component is approved for warranty replacement, Mokwheel will repair or replace the part in accordance with its warranty policy.

Battery & Motor Coverage:

Mokwheel batteries and motors are covered for two (2) years against manufacturing defects.

Battery warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Using an incompatible charger
  • Tampering with or opening the battery
  • Using the battery in a product other than the designated Mokwheel eBike

Battery and motor warranty claims are evaluated directly by Mokwheel.

What's Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tires and tubes
  • Brake pads
  • Chains
  • Cables and housing
  • Grips
  • Spokes
  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, or finish wear
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, racing, or competition
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by aftermarket modifications or non-approved accessories
  • Damage resulting from shipping that is not reported within seven days of delivery
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or used outside North America

Labor associated with installing warranty replacement parts may not be covered.

Warranty Claims:

If you experience a warranty issue, contact Current Riders first. As an authorized Mokwheel dealer, we'll help diagnose the problem, determine whether it's covered under warranty, and assist you throughout the warranty process whenever possible.

Photos, proof of purchase, or additional information may be requested to help evaluate the claim. Some warranty claims require inspection and approval by Mokwheel before replacement parts or repairs are authorized.

Accessory Warranty:

Mokwheel accessories are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear is not covered.
