SEA TITAN'S LONG LASTING AND NEW PADDLE BOARD CONSTRUCTION

The Sea Titan Dragon's Wave Inflatable SUP is made using the latest construction methods (X Woven core and Dual Layer MSL Fusion). It boasts a wide and stable design, so you can confidently handle choppy waters. Suitable for multiple paddlers, pet friends and is able to connect a kayak seat to sit and paddle. This board has a slim design that can handle anything the ocean throws at it so you know it’ll last long and be tough too.

WHAT IS YOUR SEA TITAN ISUP MADE OF? 

  • The Materials: High quality fabric and fibers, with layers of PVC
  • The Core: Cross woven drop-stitch core with X pattern. This pattern means strong structural support, so the core is lighter, stiffer, more connected and balanced. Lower budget paddle boards are knitted in a linear pattern using more materials to build the core which makes them uneven, unbalanced, and heavier.
  • Layers: Dual layer construction. Layer fusion into a single composite structure. Unified Composite Shell Technology (UCST) method improves durability and rigidity.
  • Triple Check Quality Control: Twice at the production level and once at the fulfillment center level.
  • Board Design: Specifics like board shape, board dimensions, rocker profile, nose shape, tail shape, and fin choice are chosen by engineers and tested for performance.
  • Fins: One central fin, US fin box.
  • High Max Pressure:  In high temperatures, the air inside the board gets hotter and the pressure increases. Lower budget boards split apart when they hit 20 psi mark. Sea Titan's boards can withstand pressure beyond 20 psi BUT structural damage might happen if you leave it past 20 for too long. Their boards will break at around 30 psi.
  • Heat welded seams:  Stronger and last longer.
  • Multi-layer Rails: Will not let the board flex or bulge, creating a smoother ride.
