URTOPIA WARRANTY

Urtopia warrants the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date the eBike is received.

What's Covered:

During the warranty period, Urtopia covers manufacturing defects for major components including:

  • Motor

  • Bottom Bracket
  • Charger

If a covered component is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, Urtopia will repair or replace the part in accordance with its warranty policy.

What's Not Covered:

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tires and tubes
  • Brake pads and brake rotors
  • Spokes
  • Chains
  • Cassettes
  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and finish wear
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, theft, abuse, neglect, flooding, fire, or other environmental events
  • Improper assembly, maintenance, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by using unapproved accessories or chargers
  • Labor associated with installation or removal of warranty replacement parts

Battery Warranty:

Urtopia batteries are covered for two (2) years against manufacturing defects, including charging issues, abnormal voltage, or significant capacity loss as determined by Urtopia.

If a battery is approved for warranty replacement, the replacement battery receives an additional six months of warranty coverage beyond the original purchase date, in accordance with Urtopia's warranty policy.

Warranty Claims:

If you experience a warranty issue, contact Current Riders first. As an authorized Urtopia dealer, we'll help diagnose the issue, determine whether it's covered under warranty, and assist you throughout the warranty process whenever possible.

Photos, videos, proof of purchase, or additional information may be requested to help diagnose the problem. Some warranty claims may require inspection or approval by Urtopia before replacement parts or repairs are authorized.

Warranty Registration & Transfer:

Warranty coverage is automatically registered when the original purchase is made and applies to the original owner.

If the eBike is transferred to a new owner during the warranty period, the remaining warranty may transfer provided:

  • The original two-year warranty period has not expired.
  • The new owner has the original purchaser's name and original order number.
